Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 1 week/ 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the pouch and freebie if any.

No Returns or Refund granted if it is a Special request order, Bulk Order or customized order, giveaways, Free gifts or SALE items. Also, Any item that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please note:
We only provide first time returns in the form of exchange or store credit.
Second time return will be in form of store credit only.

If the piece is of wrong measurement or size than confirmed by you or If there is any damage in the product- return will be arranged by us and all charges for the courier return will be borne by us.

If the return is initiated for any other reasons like ordering a different product, either you can choose to send the product back yourself or we can arrange a pick up with 200 INR return charges being deducted from your initial order amount. We are bound to charge this rate because the courier partner will charge us the amount for return irrespective of the reason for exchange.

How to return Boldiful Product (In India)

In an unlikely case if your item arrives damaged, you should:

1. Send us an email with photos of the damaged product immediately within 24 hours of receipt. You must email us about any damaged product at support@boldiful.com Any request referring to above received after 24 hours will not be accepted.

2. Put the item back in its packaging including all tags, locks, invoice or pouches. We will not accept the product return otherwise.

3. Keep it ready for pick up, our courier partner will pick-up the item within 5-7 working days once the request to return is received.

How to return Boldiful Products (International)

2. Put the item back in its packaging including all tags, locks, invoice or pouches. We will not accept the product return otherwise.

3. We don't offer free shipping on international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice and ship the item directly to us. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties, are not refundable. Please address all returns to:

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (Store Credit/ Exchange).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

All the refunds are processed maximum within 7 days. In case of any query regarding return and refund, you can reach out to us at support@boldiful.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@boldiful.com

Cancellations

All your cancellations will be accepted any time before the item is shipped. Unfortunately, we would not be able to cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
