Shipping across India is FREE for all prepaid orders.

COD across India is fulfilled at an additional fee of 150 INR. WhatsApp us for assistance.

COD Shoppers please note:  

1. All COD orders will be processed further only after a confirmation from once the order is placed on the website.

2. If there's a delay in the confirmation from your end, our team will await your response for 48 hours of placing the order, after that the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. There's a processing time of 8 business days from the day of confirmation of the order.

3. COD orders above 10000/- will be shipped in 2 parts to break down the payments. In case of urgent delivery request advance payment of minimum 500 INR is mandatory.

4. COD not available for repair & customized orders

We send your order and shipping information when you complete the purchase cycle with us.
 
You may receive multiple items of your one-time purchase in one packaging material.
  
As each jewellery piece goes through a quality check process, shipping times may vary. For made-to-order products, we take up to 8-10 business days to ship the product.
 
We try to deliver your orders within a week’s time, any delay caused in the process may occur due to buyer’s remote location or any regional/ national contingency 
 
Our shipping time and service will depend on the accessibility and delivery time for a location, we do not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
