Which size measurement scale do you use?

Our limited edition collection has only unique hand-picked jewelry pieces, which are available as a single item. These pieces are one-of-its-kind products.

Where are your products made?

All Boldiful products are handcrafted in India.

What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept all credit cards, debit card, Google Pay and PAYTM payments. We also offer COD for many locations all across India with an extra charge of 150 INR.

How can I place the order on the website?

Choose the product and its quantity and click on the button ‘add to cart’. Go to the cart or continue shopping for other products. When you want to check out simply go to the cart and follow instructions to select the payment method and provide your information.  You will receive an email on the registered email id when the order is placed. Contact us on our customer support number, listed on the website, to get help. In case you are having a hard time placing the order, we can send you a draft order email after creating the order for you. 

What happens after I place the order?

You will receive an email and text on your registered mobile number to confirm your order. Once the order is confirmed we will work with you to get the details like sizes, address and other information. After shipping the order, we send out the tracking details via email and SMS where you can track your order. For any queries, feel free to contact us on the customer support number.

How does the packaging look like?

Our free packaging is made of fabric in a heart shape pouch with a zipper for easy storage. The product is first wrapped in a plastic seal pouch and bubble wrapped. The packaged product is further put inside the fabric pouch. Premium packaging option is available at the time of check out for an additional 120 INR.

What materials are used in Boldiful Jewelry?

 All our products are made with sterling silver metal with 92.5 purity standard, which means silver is mixed with 7.5% alloy to give it strength. Most of the products come with a rhodium polish to keep the silver shining. Stones like cubic zirconia, opal, and other semiprecious stones are also used in our products. Some products, which specifically say that, come with gold or rose gold plating.

How can we take care of silver jewellery?

Keep your jewellery stored in a dry place and avoid contact with perfumes, creams or hairsprays to avoid tarnishing. Also, avoid playing any water sport or vigorous washing activities. Here is our detailed care guide. 

How long does the rhodium polish last?

Rhodium polish lasts for about 6 months with daily use depending on the usage. We recommend avoiding using any chemicals like deodorants or perfumes to avoid tarnishing or fading. Please look at our silver jewellery care guide for more detailed instructions on how to keep your jewellery safe.

Do you sell via any other website?

How is sterling silver different from normal silver? 

Normal silver is of 99.9 % purity which cannot be used in making jewellery. Therefore, 7.5 % alloy is mixed to give this metal strength to mold into jewellery pieces. This quality of 925 silver is also known as sterling silver and is a standard of highest quality silver used in making jewellery. All such products now come with a 925 hallmark stamping.
