Returns & Exchange
Our return policy lasts 3 days of receiving the order. If 3 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
NO RETURN or EXCHANGE offered on special request order, Bulk Order or customized order (includes customized sizes of existing jewelry), giveaways, Free gifts or SALE items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged before reaching the customer. Any exchange that is caused by customer's handling after the delivering will not be acceptable for exchange. Please share a video of the product while opening with the original packaging that shows the damaged product clearly.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the pouch, box and freebie if any.
Return Shipping Costs:
If you receive a faulty, wrong size, or wrong product due to our negligence, we will bear the return courier charges (max 250 INR from all over India). If not, the return courier cost will be borne by the customer.
Important: We are bound to charge the return price because the courier partner will charge us the amount for return irrespective of the reason for exchange.
How to return Boldiful Product (In India)
In an unlikely case but if your item arrives damaged, you should:
1. Send us an email with photos of the damaged product. You must email/WhatsApp us about any damaged product on receipt. Any request referring to above received after 24 hours will not be accepted.
2. Put the item back in its packaging including the Boldiful box & pouches. We will not accept the product return otherwise.

How to return Boldiful Products (International)
1. Send us an email with photos of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged product Any request referring to above received after 24 hours will not be accepted.
2. Put the item back in its packaging including all tags, locks, box or pouches. We will not accept the product return otherwise.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice and ship the item directly to us. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties, are not refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (Store Credit/ Exchange).
If your request is approved, we help you get the exchange product or get store credits for future shopping.
In case of refund it would take 4-5 business days to reflect in the source
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
All the refunds are processed maximum within 7 business days.
All orders are cancellable and eligible for full refund within 24 hours of the order placement. After that time period, 10% of the order value will be charged to cancel the prepaid orders. COD orders in this case will be banned in future for the customer.
This is to avoid abuse of the cancellation policy and save time on both ends. Unlike several online businesses, we want our customers to have the flexibility and freedom of altering their orders.
Why the cancellation charge?
All our products are made-to-order. If the cancellation happens after it is sent to production, Boldiful is liable for the material cost, support team man hours, and some added expenses. Being a small business, this is a loss on both, financial and operational front.
